Shipping & returns

When you purchase your ring from Gold of Sweden, free shipping is always included and your ring is fully insured and traceable throughout the entire delivery process. Using the enclosed form and return slip, you can also send your ring back free of charge for resizing or return it if you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

We use Post Nord for our deliveries, which are made to a delivery point with SMS notification. If you prefer to collect your item in store, you are welcome to do so at Guldsmedjan in Borås.

At Gold of Sweden, each ring is made exclusively to order, which means that the delivery time for plain rings is up to four weeks and for rings with diamonds up to six weeks. If you are in a hurry with your order to meet an important date, you can add express delivery. Read more about this here.

OPEN PURCHASE AND FREE RETURNS

When you purchase your ring from Gold of Sweden, you have an open purchase and free returns for 14 days. You can return your ring using the enclosed return slip, provided that both the product and packaging are in brand new condition.

The right of return does not apply to custom-made products (own designs) or products with a diamond value exceeding one hundred thousand (100,000) SEK. Products that have been customised or altered according to the customer's wishes, such as changes to the height or width of the band, etc., are considered custom-made products.
