§1 In general

Gold of Sweden only enters into a contract with a person of legal age (18 years). Agreements are concluded when order of goods takes place. The customer refers to a physical person.
§2 Prices, Payment and Payment methods
The price shown at the checkout is the total price including VAT, taxes, fees and freight. Production of the commodity only begins after Gold of Sweden AB received payment.
Gold of Sweden uses Klarna Checkout (www.klarna.com) for secure payment solutions online. Through Klarna, payment can be made in the following four ways.
2.1 Card payment
You can pay by card, either VISA or Mastercard. Regardless of which you use, the security requirements of PCI DSS are met. In the event of card payment, the money will be reserved directly.
2.2 Invoice
Through Klarna we also offer payment against invoice. If you choose invoice payment, a credit report will be made on your Social Security number. The terms of payment are 14 days, no invoice fee is charged. In the event of late payment, the reminder fee and the interest on late payments are paid at 2% per month plus the reference rate in force. If no payment is made, the claim may be submitted for debt collection handling where additional collection costs may be added.
2.3 Instalment
For payments between 100 EUR and 5,000 EUR, you can, via Klarna, choose to share your purchase. The possibility of instalment of six (6), twelve (12) and twenty-four (24) months is possible. For instalments up to 12 (12) months, the interest rate is 0%. At any time during the partial payment period, you can choose to pay the full remaining debt. The application for instalment is made at the checkout in connection with your purchase and you will be informed if your application has been granted directly.
2.4 Direct payment from bank account
Through Klarna we also offer direct payment from bank accounts. Approval of the purchase will then be made with Bank ID. If you choose to use this option, your bank account will be charged with the purchase within one (1) to two (2) banking days after the ordered processed order.
§3 Delivery
Delivery of purchased product is done with PostNord or with Fed-Ex. When delivery with PostNord, delivery to the delivery point is made, with SMS notification. With Fed-Ex, the product is delivered directly to your door.
The cost of shipment is included at the time of purchase and at a further (1) opportunity in connection with any change in size. When requested for size adjustment, the attached return bill is used, which is also used to use the free return right of the commodity. The included return form must also be filled in and returned along with the commodity.
Since each product is manufactured specifically for you, the delivery time for our products is under normal cases four (4) weeks for smooth rings and up to six (6) weeks for rings with diamonds. The possibility is available for faster delivery, this potentially entails an additional cost, contact customer service for further information.
Our deliveries are insured to you as a customer. Any transport damage shall be reported to us within three (3) days of receiving shipments.
For uncollected items, a fee of SEK 500 is charged, the same applies if it is not possible to deliver the package to you.
§4 Withdrawal Right and Open Purchase
If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods delivered, you have full right of withdrawal and Open purchase provided that this happens within 30 days of receiving the product. Refunds are made with the same payment method as in the case of purchase and within fifteen (15) working days. Return the items along with the return bill. Be sure to protect the goods so that they do not risk being damaged during shipping. The included return form must also be filled in and returned along with the commodity.
The above applies provided that the commodity is returned in absolute mint condition, that the commodity has not been used and that original packaging is returned. Gold of Sweden performs a quality check of all returned products. Any diamond certificates must be returned in mint condition. If Gold of Sweden believes that the product has been changed in any way, the product will not be accepted for return and sent back to you without a refund.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products (Own design) or for products that have a diamond value exceeding ten thousand (10,000) EUR. Products adapted or changed according to the customer's wishes, such as changed height or width on rail etc are counted as a custom-made product.
§5 Complaint
For purchases at Gold of Sweden, the Consumer Purchasing Act applies, which means that you as a consumer can complaint a commodity up to three years after purchase.
Keep in mind that jewelry made of gold is fragile and should be handled with caution. Therefore, do not wear your jewelry in situations where they are at risk of being scratched or torn abnormally, for example when gardening, washing up, cleaning or training. Rings with diamonds should be submitted at least one (1) time per year for review of prongs and settings.
§6 Guarantees
Gold of Sweden provides a lifetime guarantee regarding manufacturing errors but not in terms of wear and tear.
Round diamonds with a size from 0.30 Carat and up comes with certificates that together with your receipt constitute a certificate of value and certificate of authenticity. For forms other than round, the diamonds come with a certificate from 0.50 Carat and up.
§7 Other in-depth services
Ring sizer
If you are unsure what size you will order at your ring then there is the possibility to order a free ring sizer. This is very reliable and provides a good guide to what size you should order on your ring.
Size adjustment
All purchases of our rings include a free size adjustment. Within 30 days, you can return your ring with the sent return bill. The included return form must also be filled in and returned along with the commodity.
Engraving
All purchases of our rings include free engraving. In the webshop you can choose between italic and straight style, wishing someone else style contact customer service.
§8 Reservation
We reserve the right to cancel an order without further ado.
In the event of any inaccuracies in product texts, pictures and prices on the website, Gold of Sweden reserves the right to correct this retrospectively. As our products are handmade, all images should be seen as illustrations and cannot guarantee the exact appearance of the product. We also want to draw your attention to the fact that measurement deviations for jewelry can distinguish up to +/- 10%. We reserve ourselves for any adjustments to prices that may, for example, be due to price changes from our suppliers, currency fluctuations, inventory changes and possible technical errors on the site.
§9 Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labour market, government decisions, non-supply from subcontractors, expensive circumstances, and thus comparable events beyond our control, which cannot reasonably be foreseen and affect agreements and pledges by the Gold of Sweden, which prevent gold of Sweden from having said agreements.
§10 Dispute
Any comments, complaints or disputes are communicated to our customer service via info@goldofsweden.com or by telephone +46 (0)33-14 80 00. If, after our handling of the case, you are not satisfied, you can contact the General Complaints Board, ARN. We always follow the Recommendations of the General Complaints Board.
§11 Personal data ; GDPR
When you place your order with us, you'll give your personal data. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to complete the agreement against you. Under the Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to obtain the information that we have registered on you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may request that the information be corrected or removed. If so, please contact us via info@goldofsweden.com
§12 Cookies
